Focuslight Showcased at Laser World of Photonics China 2014

Xi’an, China, March 21, 2014 -- Focuslight Technologies, your "Trusted Partner" in advanced high power diode lasers, successfully presented their extensive diode laser portfolio and innovative technologies at Laser World of Photonics China trade show in Shanghai, China from March 18th to March 20th 2014.

Overwhelming interests, and positive responses continued at Laser World of photonics following the successful Photonic West 2014 in San Francisco, Callifornia.  The booth’s new layout allowed customers to easily identify their target application such as Material Processing, Medical & Aesthetics, IR Illumination, and Scientific Research. More than 400 interest domestic and international customers visited the booth. Customer meetings at the booth extended well beyond the show closed. The sales team received over 200 sales inquiries and considerable onsite orders.

Targeted for the laser material processing market, the featured product Dlight continued to generate interest for its compact size, light weight (<23KG), high processing quality and high output power (4kW/5kW). The improved performance enables customers to derive significant benefits.

Targeted for scientific research， solid state laser pumping and the medical & aesthetic markets, Focuslight offered its featured vertical stack and G-stack series products. Both have improved parameters, enabling customers to serve wider application markets, for both CW and QCW applications.

Awhile the Focuslight team engaged customers at Laser World, chairman & president, Dr. Victor Liu also gave an invited presentation at the 9th National Conference on Laser Technology and Optoelectronics and International Forum on Laser and Optics Technology titled, “Study of Thermal Stress Issues in High Power Diode Laser Packaging.” This conference is sponsored by the Chinese Laser Press.
