炬光科技发布高峰值功率高占空比传导冷却叠阵GS20

炬光科技推出全新高功率传导冷却叠阵系列产品GS20。该产品主要应用于固体激光器泵浦,在8%高占空比条件下,单巴峰值功率为400W;在1%低占空比条件下,单巴峰值功率可达到500W;较传统传导冷却叠阵产品有大幅提升。炬光科技领先的“无铟化”共晶键合技术、热管理技术、热应力控制技术、界面材料与表面工程等核心技术在GS20产品中得到了充分应用,使得GS20在单巴功率、热管理能力、可靠性、小型化等关键指标方面达到了国际先进水平。对于固体激光器泵浦应用,高峰值功率、窄光谱的泵浦源是提升泵浦效率的重要因素,GS20产品对下游固体激光器性能和可靠性的提升起着关键作用。

产品特点及优势


高峰值功率、高占空比:


以808nm产品为例,在8%占空比下可实现400W/bar的峰值功率,1%占空比下可实现500W/bar的峰值功率。

模块化设计:


以5bar模块为基础设计单元,通过增加模块易于实现功率扩展。


紧凑型结构设计:


5bar基础模块(含上下电极)体积为16.45cm³,重量轻至68g。


高可靠性:


采用无铟化及预制金锡薄膜的共晶键合技术,寿命可达109 脉冲数。


精准波长控制:


实现从芯片封装到激光器的精准波长控制,波长控制范围可达±2nm。


光束可准直:


快轴准直后,发散角<0.5°。


使用便利:


工业用水即可满足产品冷却水的水质要求,无需去离子水。
