炬光科技李勇荣获“Laser Focus World 2021行业新星奖”

8月4日，光电行业著名媒体Laser Focus World公布了2021年行业新星奖的13位获奖人选。获奖者来自美国、中国、加拿大、英国、德国等地，任职于包括Edmund Optics、OSRAM、NASA、加州大学在内的等知名公司、机构及高校。炬光科技汽车事业部副总经理李勇名列其中，成为唯一一位任职于中国公司的获奖者。

Laser Focus World行业新星奖旨在表彰年轻研发人员、科学家以及其他行业新秀对光电行业的卓越奉献，激励他们引领业界继续前进。

　　李勇，炬光科技汽车事业部副总经理，曾任公司海外销售负责人、开放式器件事业部负责人、汽车激光雷达战略项目负责人，为公司发展做出了巨大贡献。2017年，李勇敏锐感知到激光雷达行业发展趋势，主导组建产品开发团队进行激光雷达发射端相关产品和技术的研发。在之后几年里，团队开发了基于固体激光器、边发射半导体激光器、VCSEL激光器等不同激光器类型的线光源、面光源等独特的发射端模组产品，与全球多个知名激光雷达客户和行业上下游建立了合作伙伴关系。2020年，基于与欧洲Tier1客户的合作项目，汽车事业部团队完成了首条发射模组车规级量产产线的建立和导入，并成功通过了车规认证。

　　在繁忙的产品开发和团队管理工作中，李勇热衷于培养和指导年轻一代的工程师和管理者，鼓励他们敢于挑战、持续探索、追求卓越的精神，并帮助他们建立领导力意识。此次获得新星奖是对他的工作激情、领导力以及对光电行业做出贡献的认可。

对于此次获奖，李勇表示，很荣幸能够代表自己、团队和公司获得业内知名媒体的认可。他指出，真正的“新星”是身后不懈努力、艰苦奋斗的团队，同时，团队取得的所有成就又最终来源于全球客户的信任和认可。如今光电行业日新月异，期待未来能够继续带领团队，为客户创造价值、为激光雷达和光电行业做出更多贡献。

炬光科技已于2020年获得IATF 16949体系认证，可以为汽车客户提供全方位的服务和技术解决方案。目前，炬光科技已与全球主要汽车Tier-1、激光雷达公司在光学元件及组件、激光雷达发射模组、制造服务等领域开展了项目合作，与汽车行业知名德国Tier-1合作建成的首条无人驾驶激光雷达（LiDAR）发射端生产线已实现批量供货。
