Job Description:
- Be responsible for sales and business development in specific countries / accounts in EMEA region, including market research, demand analysis, development of sales strategies and targets,
- Development and execute sales action plans to achieve sales targets,
- Focus on customer care, team work closely with colleagues, partners and stakeholders,
- Create, develop, and strive for excellent customer experience and customer satisfaction.
- Understand the product or service, including its features, advantages and disadvantages, to ensure that professional advice and solutions can be provided to customers
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and expectations, and provide corresponding product or service recommendations
- Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relations with customers, maintain good communication and cooperation atmosphere
- Participate in various industry conferences and activities, understand industry dynamics and trends, and expand sales channels and resources
- Achieve sales targets, analyze and track sales data to better understand their performance and develop improvement plans
- Comply with relevant laws and regulations and company policies.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of experience,
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and sales objectives,
- Experience / exposure international sales with strong business acumen,
- Customer focused with target-oriented mindset,
- Self-motivated team player,
- Background in laser, optics, diode laser and related industries are of added advantages,
- Track records in Optical Communications / Consumer Electronics / Medical are clearly a plus,
- Willingness to travel, based on business requirements.
