2022年10月11日,炬光科技出席光电汇举办的主题直播——“光言万物”。在本次直播中,炬光科技应用系统产品总监顾维一发表题为《高功率半导体激光系统在泛半导体制程领域的应用 》的报告。

报告摘要

随着激光技术的飞速发展,激光应用领域在广度和深度上不断拓展,各行业对于加工效率以及加工精度也不断提出更高的要求,进而对高均匀度以及不同尺寸光斑的需求不断增多。激光光斑从传统的“点”已经逐渐发展为加工效率更高的“线”和“面”。

炬光科技结合自身“产生光子”、“调控光子”的能力,设计出的高均匀度、光斑形状可定制的高可靠性光子应用系统已被广泛应用在先进显示、集成电路、锂电池制造、玻璃和光伏等泛半导体制程中以实现更高的加工效率和提高生产良率,具体应用于OLED 制程中的激光剥离,集成电路制程中的激光退火、新型显示制程中的巨量焊接等泛半导体制程领域。

演讲人:顾维一,炬光科技应用系统产品总监。毕业于西安工业大学电信学院,工学硕士学位,在激光应用领域有超过十年的从业经验,专注于高功率半导体激光系统在先进制造和泛半导体领域的产品和应用开发,先后主导了炬光科技DLight H、DLight S及FLux H系列高功率半导体激光系统的产品开发。
