炬光科技荣膺2023“维科杯”及“Mini/Micro LED供应链创新发展企业Top10”奖项

近日,炬光科技先后受邀出席“维科杯·OFweek2023激光行业年度评选”及“第三届国际Mini/Micro-LED供应链创新发展峰会(IMDS 2023)”的颁奖典礼。

炬光科技旗下产品“Flux H系列可变光斑激光系统“、“全球首个固体激光剥离系统改造项目”分别在维科杯的两项行业奖项评选中获奖。同时,炬光科技入选“2023 Mini/Micro LED供应链创新发展企业”Top10榜单

  1. “维科杯”2023年度激光行业-最佳半导体激光器技术创新奖

炬光科技凭借产品“Flux H系列可变光斑激光系统”在评选中脱颖而出,荣获最佳半导体激光器技术创新奖。该系统使用4000W功率976nm波长的半导体光纤输出激光光源,通过炬光科技自主知识产权的光学设计,从光斑长度和宽度方向分别使用微光学模组进行光斑尺寸调控和光学匀化设计,光斑长度和宽度可实现从2mm到200mm分段连续可调,且光斑能量均匀度>97%

      2.维科杯2023年度“最佳激光行业应用案例奖"

炬光科技中标并交付的全球首个知名面板厂固体激光剥离系统(Solid State Laser Lift Off)的改造项目,在本次评选中荣获最佳激光行业应用案例奖。激光剥离(Laser Lift Off, LLO)是柔性 OLED面板生产中的关键制程之一,利用紫外激光能量实现柔性OLED显示屏与玻璃基板的分离。近期,炬光科技改造的固体激光剥离系统在客户产线完成验收,改造完成后客户在运营过程中完全不需要使用任何特殊气体,也不需要频繁的气体更换和激光器停机保养,从而大幅降低运营成本和提升设备利用率。

      3.入选“中国Mini/Micro LED供应链创新发展核心竞争力”TOP10榜单

炬光科技较早地识别了Mini & Micro LED的发展趋势。从2019年开始,炬光科技率先在Mini & Micro LED巨量焊接上开始研究,近两年又在激光巨量转移激光芯片修复领域与客户展开合作,凭借其在半导体激光器以及光学整形上的技术优势,公司经过几年的研发和积淀,发布了Flux H系列激光系统,可提供分别应用于激光巨量焊接和激光芯片修复领域的光子应用解决方案
