“叠层阵列液体制冷半导体激光器及其制备方法”获西安市科学技术奖壹等奖

近日,西安市委、市政府隆重举行2013年度西安市科学技术奖励大会,西安炬光科技有限公司“叠层阵列液体制冷半导体激光器及其制备方法”荣获西安市科学技术奖壹等奖。省委常委、西安市委书记魏民洲,市人大常委会主任陈宝根,市委副书记、市长董军,市政协主席程群力,市委副书记、市委政法委书记刘春雁等出席本次大会并颁奖。

“叠层阵列液体制冷半导体激光器及其制备方法”从设计高功率半导体激光器叠阵的封装结构和开发无铟化工艺技术出发,围绕半导体激光器叠阵的结构进行热设计和热机械设计,优化热管理技术,开发了无铟化工艺技术,成功研制了宏通道液体制冷高功率半导体激光器叠阵产品。该成果大大提高了半导体叠阵激光器的寿命和稳定性,也大大方便客户使用和维护。该成果最适合应用于高占空比、准连续半导体激光器产品。

本成果拥有多项自主知识产权,其中6项发明专利已授权,1项软件著作已登记,此外还在美国、日本及欧洲等多个国家或地区申请发明专利,本成果适用于准连续波输出,基于本成果,炬光科技已成功开发了宏通道液体制冷高功率半导体激光器叠阵系列产品并且已批量用于激光泵浦、激光医疗等领域,得到了市场认可和客户青睐。
