炬光科技发布单巴条500W峰值功率高占空比微通道水冷叠阵产品

中国,西安,2015年8月14日-西安炬光科技股份有限公司近期拓展了FocusEngine™ 水冷垂直叠阵系列的单bar功率范围。最新的微通道水冷叠阵单bar产品峰值功率由原来的300W拓展到500W,可以在高达10%的QCW高占空比模式下工作,每个产品的厚度最薄可到1.6mm。同原有单bar产品一样,该产品仍然可以组成2~40 Bar的垂直叠阵,从而使得叠阵的整体峰值功率更高,体积更小,输出功率密度更大。在目前全世界范围内公开报导可批量生产的高功率半导体激光器中,该产品的单Bar峰值功率是最高的。


炬光科技优化了该产品的热管理结构设计,提高了芯片的无缺陷键合工艺技术,使产品的热管理能力、热应力及性能一致性都得到显著的提高。

相比于传导冷却封装的半导体激光器产品来说,在高能量输出的情况下,该微通道水冷的产品由于冷却距离更短,能通过控制水冷温度更加有效地控制激光波长,激光器在不同环境温度、不同电流、不同占空比情况下工作时,波长更稳定、偏移量更小、偏移量的一致性也更好。这一点对于固体激光器的实用性来说非常有利。


图2为该系列产品组装后的叠阵产品,可广泛应用于固体激光器泵浦和科研等领域,特别是可作为板条激光器的泵浦光源。使用该产品,可以使泵浦源的功率更高、功率密度更大、体积更小,使得固体激光器系统可以做得功率更大、体积更小、成本更低。



该系列产品的材料和工艺过程符合绿色环保要求,达到RoHs标准。
