炬光科技发明专利获日本专利授权

中国，西安，2014年9月-炬光科技发明专利“レーザ用冷却モジュール、製造方法および該モジュールで製造した半導体レーザ”于2014年9月12日获得日本特许厅授权，专利号为5611334。在此之前，该专利的同族专利“Cooling Module For Laser, Manufacture method Thereof and Semiconductor Laser including The Same”（专利号US 8737441B2)已获美国专利授权。



该专利提出了一种采用无铟化技术封装的高功率半导体激光器叠阵结构及其制备方法，该专利技术最适合应用于高占空比、准连续半导体激光器产品，可以延长半导体叠阵激光器的寿命。基于该专利技术，炬光科技已成功研制了宏通道液体制冷高功率半导体激光器叠阵系列产品，该系列产品具有更高的可靠性和稳定性，已批量用于激光泵浦、激光医疗等领域，得到了市场认可，展现出了巨大的市场需求空间及发展潜力。



日本发明专利证书



炬光科技自成立以来，始终坚持自主创新，已成功研制了具有自主知识产权的多个系列高功率半导体激光器产品，截至目前已累计申请专利216项，其中103项已获得授权（20项为发明专利），此外，还主导编写两项半导体激光器国家标准。此次发明专利获得日本授权，为公司核心技术



专利保护网中增加了一颗制胜砝码，同时对于公司开拓海外市场和提升国际竞争力具有重要意义。
