炬光科技晶圆级透镜堆叠(WLS)技术获微纳制造技术产业化优秀案例“领航企业奖”、“工艺先锋奖”

近日,炬光科技晶圆级透镜堆叠(WLS)技术在由苏州纳米城与深圳市微纳制造产业促进会举办的“2024-2025年度微纳制造技术产业化优秀案例评选”中荣获“领航企业奖”、”工艺先锋奖”两项奖项。

炬光科技晶圆级透镜堆叠(WLS)技术运用半导体工艺,可在整片玻璃晶圆上批量复制生产透镜,再将多个透镜晶圆压合,最终切割成单个微型光学成像镜头。其优势在于:1. 可高效实现微纳光学元器件与模组的小型化、高精度,易于扩展的大批量生产制造;2. 能够实现光学晶圆的微米级精确堆叠,可集成光圈、镀膜、光谱滤波器等附加功能;3. 可提供适合CSP传感器的可回流解决方案,确保光学产品的稳定与高效。

在4月28日举行的2025(第二届)微纳制造技术应用生态大会暨颁奖典礼上,炬光科技首席产品官、首席工艺官Qichuan Yu受邀在会上发表了题为《晶圆级微光学技术赋能新兴应用领域的未来》的专题演讲。
