蓝光激光器光学整形?炬光科技有你所需

直接半导体激光器应用于激光钎焊、激光塑料焊接、激光锡焊、激光熔覆、激光淬火等热传导工业加工场景中时,光源普遍采用红外波段的半导体激光器。但此类激光器在对铜、金等高反金属的加工应用中表现不足,而高反金属对蓝光的吸收率是红光的3-20倍,近年来较高功率的蓝光半导体激光器的出现,使得高反金属的激光加工成为可能。

如下图所示,在短波波段(300-600 nm),部分金属,特别是铜和金的吸收率剧增;处于短波波段的蓝光激光(主波长450 nm)相比于常规9xx nm波段(9xx nm半导体激光器)、1030-1080 nm波段(常规Nd: YAG激光器、光纤激光器、碟片激光器)的近红外激光,铜和金的吸收率提高了近20倍。吸收率的大幅提升对于铜和金的激光加工应用具有革命性意义,欧洲、美国以及国内都有厂商推出了高功率蓝光半导体激光器产品,推向电池制造、汽车零部件、电子移动设备和电子包装等广泛涉及铜等高反金属加工的行业。除了高反金属加工之外,蓝光激光器还在激光医疗、激光显示、激光制冷、水下探测及通讯等领域有着广泛的应用。

蓝光激光器的应用越来越广泛,因此对于蓝光激光器进行各种类型的微光学整形需求也越来越多,同时由于蓝光激光器的功率越来越高,高性能的蓝光微光学整形元件显得尤为重要。早在2013年,LIMO就利用其在红外领域积累的经验和专长,推出了一款用于蓝光整形的多模准直透镜。这款产品专为蓝光半导体激光器准直设计,最大的特点在于快慢轴一体的双面结构,传统需要用FAC+SAC准直的场景中,现在用一个蓝光准直器就可以实现快慢轴同时准直。该蓝光准直器的透过率可达到99%以上,可将光束精确聚焦在约40 x 40 μm2的区域内,大大增加耦合效率。让客户在减少元器件数量,降低成本的同时,也能减少光的损失,降低组装难度。
