optical coating services for global customers. Optical coating is an important process for optical components manufacturing. A precise design and production process of optical coating can ensure good product performance and long-term operational reliability. Focuslight has the capability to design, manufacture and supply high quality coatings for optical communications, instrumentation, and medical applications, as well as conducting thin film analysis and measurement. Focuslight offers a wide variety of coatings to cover the wavelength range from the deep ultraviolet (DUV) to infrared (IR). Optical components are ultrasonically cleaned, coated, and then inspected in a standard clean room to finally meet the relevant thin film properties, climate resistance and life-time requirements according to ISO standards. Specific optical components can even fulfill the automotive-grade requirements.
