Focuslight Releases Conduction Cooled QCW Area Array Diode Laser Series

Focuslight Technologies CO., Ltd has announced the release of Conduction Cooled QCW Area Array Diode Laser Series.

The new series of products are made up with the Conduction Cooled Vertical Stack Diode Lasers (hereafter referred as G-Stack) developed by Focuslight. G-stack has 2-24 bars at the vertical direction and 1-20 bars at the horizontal direction, and the maximum output power of the array diode lasers made up with G-Stacks can reach up to hundreds even thousands of watts and the power conversion efficiency is more than 50%. Hard solder technology has been applied in the product to avoid the problem of electro migration and thermal fatigue resulted from using the traditional indium soldering, which has greatly improved the reliability and stability of the product. The newly released products are ideally suited for the area of industrial and research application, especially in the high temperature environment. Flexible array structure design can assure the control of the diode lasers size and the light-emitting area, which made it more convenient for the customers to use.

Focuslight can also supply customized products with various structure, power, wavelength and fast axis collimation required by customers.
