Focuslight's Patent of Invention Was Authorized by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office

"HIGH-POWER SEMICONDUCTOR LASER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME", Focuslight Technologies Inc.'s patent of invention, was officially authorized by the USPTO (U.S. Patent and Trademark Office) on January 28, 2014 (Patent No. US 8638827 B2), while such patent of Focuslight has also entered the disclosure stage in countries such as EU and Japan. This patent of invention proposes a structure design method of the single-cavity high power semiconductor laser, and it is the core technology of the F-mountÒ semiconductor lasers independently developed by Focuslight.
