Focuslight Singapore Pte. Ltd., established following the acquisition of optical component assets from ams OSRAM AG in September 2024, oversees operations in Southeast Asia as part of Focuslight global operations system. Specializing in high-volume manufacturing and rapid production cycles, it serves as a global photonics foundry, providing advanced photonics process development and manufacturing services under the prominent Heptagon brand.

The renaming to Heptagon Photonics Pte. Ltd. enhances brand consistency, eliminating potential confusion and reinforcing Heptagon’s legacy in the innovative micro-optics solutions and high-volume manufacturing, particularly within the consumer electronics sector.

It does not affect any existing cooperation or contractual agreements, which will remain in full effect without any alterations.
