Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance plans (including regular servicing, inspections, and patrols) for all utility equipment to ensure system reliability and longevity;
  2. Lead emergency response and repair activities for equipment breakdowns, conduct root cause analysis, and continuously optimize maintenance strategies to improve equipment efficiency;
  3. Establish and maintain equipment calibration systems and records to ensure compliance with standards; manage special equipment and safety accessories to guarantee their regulatory compliance;
  4. Oversee the maintenance and management of safety, fire protection, and environmental facilities, organizing corrective actions for issues identified during inspections to maintain a safe working environment;
  5. Manage spare parts inventory, control procurement processes and quality, and participate in developing the annual consumption budget to balance cost with operational needs;
  6. This role is responsible for the comprehensive operation and maintenance of plant infrastructure and power facilities;
  7. The engineer executes preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs to ensure continuous and stable production;
  8. They manage utility systems (e.g., HVAC, air compression, power distribution) to guarantee safety, compliance, and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Basic Qualifications: Associate degree or higher in Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields;
  2. Work Experience: Over 3 years of experience in utility or power facility maintenance, with familiarity in managing and maintaining central air conditioning units, air compressors, chiller systems, power distribution systems, and fire protection facilities;
  3. Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in using Office software and CAD drafting tools;
  4. Knowledgeable in automation equipment principles, capable of independently reading electrical schematics and mechanical assembly drawings;
  5. Possess basic data analysis skills, able to assess equipment operational status through reports;
  6. Professional Qualities: Integrity, honesty, proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and logical thinking ability;
  7. Hands-on capability, meticulous and thorough in work;
  8. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills, with a strong team spirit.
